Club history

The GridinGym Club has existed since 2015. Despite his youth, he is considered one of the strongest clubs in Belarus, because his head coach Andrei Gridin is truly a legendary person in the world of Thai boxing and kickboxing. He is one of the founders of the Belarusian school of Thai boxing, and also the creator of the world famous “Chinook” club. During his coaching career, he trained more than 30 world champions.

In early 2015, he decided to withdraw from the Chinook and create a new club – from that moment the history of the Gridin Gym began. During this time, his fighters won the following titles:

Igor Bugaenko won two tournaments: Venum Victory World Series (2015), OKTAGON & BELLATOR Torino (2016), four ACB KB tournaments (2016-2018) and Zhara Fight Show (2018).
